I require the information listed here in your initial E-Mail.

If you give me less information in the last 2 points listed above I will take more artistic liberties.I will always do my best to portray your character the way I think suits them best, so don't worry if you cannot think of a pose or expression.

Commission Information

CONTACT AND COMMUNICATIONI can be contacted via E-Mail: [email protected]I will contact/reply to the client within a few days of receiving a commission request.The client will receive a watermarked, high resolution (300 PPI) .PNG file of the finished artwork.
I can also send a .JPEG and/or smaller, lower resolution versions of the artwork upon request.

PAYMENT
Payment is made via Paypal invoices only. This is non-negotiable.
Under no circumstances will I accept currency other than Euro (€).I will do rough concept sketches until final approval by the client, then payment is required in full.REFUNDS
Refunds are not possible on already finished commissions.If I have not started the commission a full refund (minus Paypal fees) is possible.KILL FEE
If I am unable to finish a commission I will refund and cancel it, refunding 50% of the original rate and keep 50% as a kill fee for the work already done.I will try to avoid cancelling commissions and only do so in extreme cases.I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time for any reason, for example if the client violates the terms stated here or I am uncomfortable with the client or commission.

Specifically for Creature Sketches: 2 to 5 days.While my turn-around time is generally fast, real life complications/events may extend it. If something were to come up the client will be notified.

I will charge additional fees if the client asks for a substantial amount of changes.I will send rough concept sketches to the client. During this stage asking for big revisions such as pose changes is possible.Another update will be send at the end of the Clean Sketch stage, where I will be doing 1 or 2 reasonably small revisions.(If applicable) When the Line-Art and Flat Colors have been done I will send the client a last update. This is the last time I will be offering 1 or 2 small revisions or changes. Anything after this update is final.I need to be informed early enough to be able to make corrections or changes to the commissioned artwork.

The full copyright of the artwork itself remains with me, the artist who drew the original artwork. The client owns their own character and the design, but not the copyrights to the commissioned artwork.I retain the right to upload the commissioned artwork to my portfolio to promote my art and work.By commissioning me the client agrees that I will be drawing the client's character in my style. Any commissions made by me are for personal use only. The artworks are not to be commercially used and are not to be sold.The client is not allowed to sell items with the commissioned work.USAGE RIGHTS: FOR PRIVATE, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY
Any commissions done by me are for non-commercial, private usage only.Private use means the client is paying for the work & time of the artist, but not for the commercial usage rights/license.This means that the client can use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes such as printing the artwork for their own personal purposes or as a gift, or use it in their private games as your character token. The client is allowed to crop the artwork for use as a character token or profile picture.The client can post & upload the artwork online to their social media page or any of their websites, giving proper credit to me as the artist. The client can also use the artwork as their avatar or profile picture.If the client posts the commissioned artwork online: always post a small, low-resolution image to avoid art theft. Never post the non-watermarked version to online spaces to avoid art theft of your character and the artwork and ideally use a lower resolution image. This isn't a requisite for posting online, though I do recommend doing so.The client has the right to use the finished commission as a reference for further commissions done by other artists.The client is allowed to color in uncolored sketch commissions I have made for them. This has to be properly stated in alt text, image descriptions or the posts text if they share the work online.Credit of the artist (me) is required if the commissioned work is posted online.

The client can not sell or license the artwork, mint the artwork as an NFT, use it for promoting or advertising purposes (social media marketing, for example), re-distribute, alter, claim the artwork as their own, or gain monetary profit off of the artwork.PROHIBITED USAGES RELATED TO MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGY ("GENERATIVE AI")
The client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for any purposes related to machine learning technologies / "AI" image-generating technologies. The client is not allowed change or adjust the commissioned artwork through the use of machine learning and AI technologies. The client is not allowed to create derivatives of the commissioned artwork through the use of machine learning or derived technologies.Any art of mine found in datasets used by machine learning has been used without my permission and consent.PROHIBITED USAGES RELATED TO NFTS (NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS)
The client is not allowed to mint the artwork as an NFT.
